Reifen mit einem Durchmesser von bis zu 4,5 Metern. Zum Testen und Entwickeln von neuen Reifen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In diesem Fall bestand die technische Herausforderung darin, dass sich der Roboter an den Reifen anpassen muss. Das bedeutet, dass die Profiltiefe im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Profil des glatten Originalreifens gemessen wird. Und dieses Profil ist nicht perfekt und h\u00e4ngt von vielen Faktoren ab, wie z.B. dem Druck, der Position w\u00e4hrend der Bearbeitung usw.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die L\u00f6sung bestand darin, einen Scanner in den Roboter selbst einzubauen, um eine Inspektion und 3D-Rekonstruktion des Reifens unmittelbar vor der Bearbeitung unter den gleichen Umgebungsbedingungen durchzuf\u00fchren, unter denen die Bearbeitung stattfinden wird.
